4.2 Withdrawal Process and Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 IDR.
• Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in Your own name matching Your toto90 Account details.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-4 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 WIB). Weekend and public holiday withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to banking system limitations.
• You must complete any applicable identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) procedures before Your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus balance with unmet wagering requirements may restrict Your ability to withdraw until the bonus terms are satisfied or the bonus is forfeited.

6. Betting Rules and Regulations

All Bets placed on the toto90 platform are governed by the following rules:

• Bets are accepted only if Your Account contains sufficient balance at the time of placement. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Once a Bet is confirmed and accepted by Our system, it cannot be changed or canceled except in cases of obvious error.

Sports betting markets offered by toto90 include but are not limited to BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, badminton tournaments, basketball, and esports. Specific betting rules apply to each sport and market type:

• For football (soccer) betting, all match bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless specifically indicated.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola) bets are settled according to the handicap line at the time Your Bet was placed. Line changes after Bet placement do not affect Your Bet.
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 24 hours, Bets remain valid. If postponed longer than 24 hours or canceled entirely, Bets are voided and stakes refunded.
